What should I eat to reduce this hungry urge, and loss weight. I tried fruit or yogurt. Not much used, still feeling very hungry. Love to loss around 20 pounds. Thank you very much.

I use a Weight Watcher's recipe: Slice up one large Spanish onion Chop up 2 lbs carrots Put in a large put and just cover with vegetable stock (I use Kallo Organic stock cubes). Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
