You may get food grade plastic (I saw one today --- in Mumbai, India
it is transclucent, white in color like an eye-drop cover) --- I use
glass bottle covered with cloth which has NOT got fly worms in it even
after 16 days. Somebody told me you get food grade plastic bottles in
Premsons, near Breach Candy ----------- I haven't asked.

ANYWAY, the interesting things is that I have been on my feet from
12:01 pm to 8:02 pm with 30 minutes sitting (walk 5 hours, snooker/
billiards 3 pm to 6 pm and standing) -------------- not bad eh for one
YEAR ago aching knees and foot behind toes paining.

So yes, by all means, remember ---------- natural is natural and your
medicines can reduce.
Of course, if you have to go in for knee replacement surgery ------
ask the doctor and your friends about the RESTRICTIONS after the knee
replacement surgery.
