Not too much going on here. I'm sitting here watching a movie. I do need
to go to the store today tho, blech. I hope everyone else is doing well
today. :)

Blay, I'm glad you are doing alright. You will get the courage you need
to go to the grocery store.

I need to go to the grocery store also but I am going to wait and go
tomorrow after my counselling session.

I've been feeling very tired and worn out. Not sure where that is
coming from. I'm going to call today and try to get my doctors
appointment move up. I think I need to see him before February 29th.

Have the best day you can.

So, does the counseling seem to help at all?
From: Lori on
Sorry about leaving my email signature on in one of my previous posts.
I thought I had clicked on 'remove signature' and I clicked on send by
mistake. I'll try not to do that again.

Yes, I believe it has helped me to start getting out a little more often
without as many panic attacks. Without the counselling, I never would
have made it to see my niece for Christmas. I'm so glad I did go even
though I was nervous. It was worth it to be with her and hug her after
not seeing her for over a year.

It's still hard at times for me to push myself out the door but I do
feel I am doing a bit better even though I haven't been anywhere since
last Friday.

I have a 9am counselling appointment tomorrow morning so I will be
getting out then. It makes me nervous even thinking about it but I will
go as I know it's for my own well being.

Blay, you may want to check into counselling and see if it will help
you. Just a friendly suggestion. :-)

Have a nice evening.

Yeah, I'm considering it. I've been to numerous doctors and have tried
the usual drugs to no great success. :( I may look into it more, I mean
it can't hurt, right? :)
