did anybody try to prevent back sleeping with tennis ball?
i m currently trying it and it seems to work, ... this will sound weird but
i remember briefly waking up and seeing not laying on the back, which was
interesting.

This only 'helpful' IF all the apnea events you experience, ever, are while
on your back. Most people experience events in other sleeping positions.
Some experience more events when on sides than on back, etc. (Moral of the
story: Never substitute a tennis ball for proper treatment of sleep apnea.
But you knew that, right?)

That said, eliminating back sleeping MAY allow the doc to adjust the
required CPAP pressure, IF sleeping on back is the only time that apnea
events are highly resistant to pressure.
