Cylert is not a stimulant. Besides--it's been pulled from the market.

>Ritilin

Ritalin (methylphenidate) is a stimulant.

>Dexadrine

Dexedrine (SmithKline's brand of dextroamphetamine sulphate) is a stimulant.

>Concerta

Concerta is methylphenidate, but with a unique delivery system.

>Adderall

Adderall (originally marketed as Obetrol) is a mix of four salts of amphetamine,
a stimulant.

>Focalin

Focalin is a slightly different version of methylphenidate (it contains only the
more active d-isomer of mph)

drug. In May 2005, Abbott chose to stop sales and marketing of Cylert
in the U.S. All generic companies have also agreed to stop sales and
marketing of this product (Pemoline tablets and chewable tablets).
Cylert is a central nervous system stimulant indicated for the
treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). This
product is considered second line therapy for ADHD because of its
association with life threatening hepatic failure (

That sucks... I am sure that is the one that we talked about, that
was effective for some people that did not respond to other
stimulants....

There is something called, I think, Desoxin, but it is very hard to get
presecribed because it is used as a street drug.
