Loretta, please remember that it's not just glucose that's damaging; if you're producing shed-loads of insulin in response to meals like that, it's just as bad and you can't measure it. How do you think your insulin resistance is doing? I seem to recall you had a lipid panel relatively recently, but I can't remember your numbers? Nicky.
