now even more confused. Before lunch 119, had two chinese spareribs
and a half a bowl of brown rice, with the shell of half an egg roll.
two hours later 97. If I had used the rule of thumb no carbs above 110,
I should have been higher. I th ink my medication is doing a great job.

Loretta, please remember that it's not just glucose that's damaging;
if you're producing shed-loads of insulin in response to meals like
that, it's just as bad and you can't measure it. How do you think your
insulin resistance is doing? I seem to recall you had a lipid panel
relatively recently, but I can't remember your numbers?

Nicky.
