For those that read the letter I sent to the manufacturers of the buggy that
I complained about last week - the one where the wheel fell off, I received
a reply today. They're going to send complete new axles and wheels. I hope
they hold better than the last ones though....Still. One less buggy in the
landfill :)

Well done.

It's a bit worrying that they're sending complete new axles and wheels
rather than just a replacement for the defective axle/wheel. It rather
suggests they know it's a design fault but they're only doing
something about it if someone kicks up a fuss rather than issue a
total recall. It would be interesting to know if the new axles/wheels
are different from the old.

Better than she was thanks. The ear/throat infection she had was severe
enough that she couldn't even move her head, poor baby. But she went back to
the childminders today, and is causing general chaos, so I think she'll be
ok ;)

Yeah, I thought similar things, but you get to a point you just can't be
arsed to argue with them anymore.
