From: nora on 25 Nov 2007 08:27 There is a recipe like that that is gluten-free, they discussed it a lot earlier this year on the delphi celiac forum, it is called New York Times bread or artisan bread but made gluten-free. You make a very liquid dough with just a tiny bit of yeast and let it sit on the counter for 16 hours and then you put it in a HOT preheated pan with a lid in the oven. It is said to be delicious. There might be something on the internet but I have not done any search. If you are not a member you cannot search for more than three months back on delphi, but just post a message and someone that is a member will do a search and give you the link. nora
