From: jerm on 3 Aug 2008 19:16 Is there any other way to get jaw muscles out of spasm other than the NTI? Ive been wearing the device faithfully for 2.5 months, and have been ultra careful of what im eating, as well as taking zanaflex and elavil for even longer. Contrary to what another person has accused me of, im not a troll, im just looking for some advice as to what else I could do at this point.

Is there truth to this tongue thrusting theory, and however it affects jaw muscle problems?, because I am sure that I do it, and for the last day or 2 ive been really focusing on swallowing correctly with my tongue in my pallate and my jaw feels alot different. I had a dentist try to tell me that was a part of my problem in the past, but it didnt seem to make much difference at the time.

I replied with a specific point and you seemed not to notice a word I wrote. "We" are trying to help you help yourself. You need to pick up the ball before you run. Webby
