I haven't been able to find any. Just scraps of information here and there. Is there anything specific you need? I've been saving links. Regards Lee in Toronto
From: John Mc on 6 Nov 2007 10:49 I have a Pride Revo that I got new three years ago. The local company, that I got it from & who services it, does a poor job. I think this is pretty common to the industry -- more money in selling than servicing. Pride has its own forums, but when I asked questions there, I got replies with large marijuana related pictures & was called stupid & an idiot -- so I stopped asking there. My current problem is that the rear drive axle is making somewhat loud clicking noises. The service provider says there is nothing to worry about, but can't tell me why it's doing that. That may be true but I still would like to know what's happening. This clicking in the Pride's seems to be very common and from my observations, seems worse when turning corners. I note that Burgerman has given you some advice that I would agree with. But only if you are mechanically inclined and able to do the work. One of my neighbours has an Optiway and it will click if the pressure in one of the back tires is down a little. Another of my neighbours has a large Rascal and it clicks regularly and this is just before the brakes fail (they lock on) and requires service work. Rascal had a recall on his model for this problem and the selling dealer never returned his controller to the factory in Toronto for modification and tried to solder in a new chip and now the on-going problem. I agree, most of the dealers are pretty mickey mouse, both in ability and attitude! They seem to think that just because we have a physical disability, that our brains don't work either. Sorry I can't be of much help other than commiserating with you. Regards Lee in Toronto
