I am having a difficult time understanding why the US military is not
treating the soldiers who have ptsd. Also how do the governments in other
countries, such as Australia, treat their soldiers for ptsd? I have been
searching for answers but am not finding any.

Well, why not? It seems the military is behind on mental health issues.
