Your ISP's server is filtering him out. You might want to consider using
Thunderbird instead of Outhouse Distress for news group posting (and
email for that matter). If you set View to Threads/Threads with unread,
you'll see why.

I used OE for years. Now I use Outlook 2003 for email with XP and
Thunderbird with Ubuntu for newsgroups. Not only is OE limited, it isn't
being supported by Microscum any more.
