From: darbee on 29 Jul 2008 23:02 I'm on 4 different meds that are extra high doses, and still have problems. Mostly I can't control my crying episodes. Very embarrassing when your in public. I know that this makes it hard on my family. I see a psychiatrist 1 a month and a psycologist1 a week. I know that I need to stay around for my husband, children, and grandchildren, but sometimes it seems that I'm more trouble then I'm worth especially since I have MS too. The MS is when all of the depression hit as a side effect, and I must say the worst one. Is anybody else on this much medicine and still having problems? I almost forgot that as a way to convince myself that I can be happy even if I'm homebound at times I have a blog Homebound and Happy with MS & Bipolar Disease please visit my site and if you have ideas on things to help you make it through the day feel free to post them on my site.

What medications are you taking, and what effects (good or bad) have you noticed from them? It's hard to say much without knowing more specific information. -- Nom dePlume, Ph.D. Why, yes, in fact, I am a rocket scientist. His suggestions will be a great help when I see my psychiatrist the next time. It is hard to talk to people about being bipolar as most people don't consider it a disease, instead they think you should just pull up your bootstraps and get on with life. Or as my mother says I need to be thankful for my blessings and then I will be fine. It is wonderful to have anyone on your side in fighting this disease. Thanks again to Dr. dePlume and anyone else who has left advice for me.
