In my letter from WW when I reached lifetime, it said if I went 5 lbs under
my goal weight I needed a note from my doctor.

You're probably not too old if it's done right. I work with plenty of older
women who wear short skirts and minis. Opaque tights are the key. So long
as you aren't wearing a mini that would double as a belt :)

It should be 5 lbs below your weight range.. my goal weight is 140 lbs, but
the lowest end of my weight range is 121 lbs..
