Some mainstream medicine, or even religion is a scam...seems like in
this world of selfish interests....most everyone is concerned about

Unfortunately Caesar, in many instances, you are quite right. I believe our
primary purpose should be to serve others above and beyond all else. It is
however, very human to seek fulfillment of our basic instincts and can
override altruism quite often.
