From: pooh on 1 Oct 2007 19:56 i feel like i can't handle this anymore. my life sucks & i don't know what to do. sometimes i feel like i can't keep my thoughts stright, my mind is always wandering. i don't what what i'm doing i had a really bad day today, but i find that writing this down and getting it out helps, so thanks for listing.

Sometimes just the process of writing it out can help. Stick around, Pooh. I too would love to get a good 'depression' group going. I certainly need it right now.... Pookie

It does help to know that you are not alone in your feelings. Many years ago this was an active group but it has really slowed down. It is helpful just to be able to talk with others that understand where you are coming from. Jenny

With one-line posts that don't make any sense, and posts about stuff that has nothing to do with depression, I was spending hours wading through posts that were no help at all. Pookie |
