Hello and Welcome!

Please tell us a little about yourself if you don't mind. How long have
you been agoraphobic? Do you go to counseling?

I'm Lori from Salt Lake City, Utah. I became ogoraphobic on August 23,
2006. I may forget other dates but that date feels like it's branded on
my forehead! I go to counseling sessions every 2 weeks. I feel they
are helping me as it is getting a bit easier to get out the front door.

hi lori. ive been like this for about 7 yrs, yes i am in counsiling.
and on medication, still dont like to go out. im not sure how this
