Ok, so I think it is super important to take vitamins...but every time
i take them I get sick to my stomach because your supposed to take
them with food. So my question is...HOW do you take the vitamin
without food?!

Try with;
Hot Herbal Tea, chamomile soothes your stomach.
Chicken Broth; the fat free kind is ten calories per cup and is good
protien.
Skim milk, if you can do milk.
Soy or Rice Milk.
