From: Sad Guy on 11 Jun 2008 00:28 Hi Guys , i can wake up but i have trouble staying awake, especially since i work on pc which is laptop on a bed.. :) , so if you have any advice how to quickly beat up drowsyness after waking up id appreciate it. what i found works for me is turning loud music on or showering my head , but i often find myself doozing back to bed :( help!

Ummm, looking at the message headers, you posted this at 4.30 AM local time? That would have nothing to do with your daytime drowsiness? Also, you need more of a gap between work and sleep. Where else could you work? |
