From: ss on 12 Jul 2008 03:29 If anyone is interested, here are some great high intensity interval workouts with weights (kettlebells, dumbbells, bodyweight). Also, lots of olympic weightlifting and powerlifting techniques. It's all high intensity stuff (like what athletes do), so be prepared. These workouts are NOT easy. You do all functional exercises (full body exercises -- no isolated body building type stuff). There are several natural, primary movements that you perform in your daily life. They can be broken down into 6 patterns: push, pull, squat, deadlift, rotation and flexion / extension of torso.
