From: Nom dePlume on 26 Jun 2005 23:38 A quick Google search showed 20 mg Prozac generic (fluoxetine) capsules at $16.61 for 30 capsules (http://www.pharmnet.com/cgi-bin/prescriptions/prices.cgi?_cgifunction =form&_layout=default&keyval=item.ndc=00093104301). Brand-name Prozac, made by Eli Lilly, is available in the 20 mg size for $68 for 90 capsules at https://www.planetdrugsdirect.com/store/productdetails/default.aspx?id=1757. In other words, it isn't terribly expensive at these places. Prices do vary, so your best bet is to call your local drugstore and ask for a price quote. Obviously it makes a difference as to whether it is covered by your health insurance. Of course, you need to get a prescription. Have you consulted a psychiatrist yet? Prozac could be my God..my guardian angel. Prozac -could- be. But i tried it and it made no difference to me. That "could" is a very big one. Extroverts are, to a certain extent, born, not made. Really, my first reaction was that you are a troll. If you are serious, please forgive me. I would second NDP's advice. Consult a psychiatrist. Doug L. -- ICQ Number 178748389.
