I played snooker today and went to pray in the temple.

my medications are now:
trinicalm plus 1 - 0 - 1 1/8
zicot (chlorpromazine) 0 - 0 - 1 ( 25 mg)
tegretol 200 mg 1/2 - 0 - 1

Trinicalm plus if reduced by 1 /16 makes me wake up at 5 am.
So what should I do ?
