if your body is cold and you are medium/fat
put cotton in your left ear
it will make your body heated internally ---- but it will make you
very angry

if you put cotton in your right ear
it will make your body colder

so also for acidity you have to make your body hot and cold as you
step out of the cold into the hot and so on.

and for acidity
massage your chest downwards if you are medium/fat.
