I lift weights every other day. The day after my weight lifting
session during my recovery, i get a slight fever. A slightly higher
body temperture than normal. Is this common? If not, i'm i doing
something wrong when weight training?

Rest is as important as the EO's themselves. Go to every other day,
and your fever will be gone.

I could workout every other day. But i was wondering if anyone could
help me improve recovery time. By suggesting supplements or food.
