Now that I am on Medicare, and have a good Special Needs Advantage {;an.
I see a Podiatrist regularly
For she most part, she now clips a nail or two and says "ell, your feet
are looking great, keep it up"

Last time she asked me If I had ever thought about Diabetic shoes. She
said that Medicare now provides one pair a year.

After getting authorization, she took molds of my feet and detailed
measurements.

I chose a pair from her catalog. They had extra vents and boxier toes
for people with a history of foot ulcers,

There were quite a large selection, and the ones I picked look similar
to the shoes I normally wear, bit are supposed to be perfect fits, not
approximate, like most shoes are.

Haven't gotten them, nut I am looking forward to it.

If you are on Medicare, and haven't gotten a pair. BEFORE THE END OF
THE YEAR ask your Podiatrist, or PCP and get some.
