I've had diabetes for 25 years and now I'm being referred to a kidney
specialist. Don't know why it took so long as this is stage 4 and I'm
feeling pretty hopeless and scared right now.

My question is, can anyone point me to a website that has a likely diet that
shows what I'll be able to eat and not eat so I won't be so shocked when
it's handed to me? tx, John
