To FB's wife. use ritual / incense / agarbattis / fruit in your prayer. Walking around the church clockwise (for fat) will be better than sitting at home and walking quietly around the dinner table (but that is effective). going backwards should be even better ---------- energizes all the nerves. you need not worry about southern hemisphere or northern hemisphere.
