It is very easy to ask for a copy of your results to be mailed to you for your own files. With a thyroid condition, you should be more aware of your actual numbers. Without them, it is just a guessing game, and your health is too important for that. Incorrect medication could have consequences down the road. Also, I would recommend reading some articles or books; see the earlier thread here about recommended books. Elizabeth

She wants to reduce the dose down to 150mcg. I'm not sure if this is the right approach to take, I feel better on a higher dose! Oh, well, I just am going to have to increase the dose by myself if it is too low. Not the kind of thing I like doing. -Amit I'll bet it isn't the thyroid. If you are having trouble sleeping, get a sleep test. Most of the chronic fatigue symptoms can be caused by sleep issues, and sleep issues are very common with thyroid patients. There are a few indicators: 1. You mention that you feel great on some days, but bad on following days. 2. You are sensitive to the amount of sleep you get. 3. You are on a high dose of t4, which will tend to make your body a little too excited to sleep well. Michael
