Big software companies cannot fire employees (so I've heard). So
every now and then a big software company does a LAYOFF and fires
employees.

Now, if Indians practise urine therapy then fellow workers to sue them
saying they are smelling of urine,
or if women start breast-feeding in the WORKPLACE and management
objects, then a lawsuit happens.
they can come to India to look after their old parents for five years
or look at the business scene here,

Now, who will take up the Indians jobs ---------- Pakistanis and
Bangladeshis or whoever from wherever in the country, and perhaps
terrorisms will stop.

and get their jobs pack five years later or never.

Of course, they have to be called to USA for depositions -----------
which the OPPOSITE party pays for.
Since they did not initiate the suit, but the company did, they can
call all sorts of witnesses for depositions.

You have to be careful not to file a ridiculous/frivolous suit
--------------------- and you must consult your lawyer that you are
doing nothing
