If I might suggest a book I use...

McCance and Widdowson's THE COMPOSITION OF FOODS

http://www.amazon.co.uk/McCance-Widdowsons-Composition-Foods-Summary/dp/0854044280

My wife and I bought it on the reccomendation of her nutritionist. It's not
cheap, but it is the most complete reference we have found so far. Great for
juggling a low potassium, diabetic etc. diet.

Hope this helps,
Andy

Also try The USDA Nutrient Database at:
http://www.ars.usda.gov/main/site_main.htm?modecode=12354500

You can either search online or download the database and search and
sort away. Best of all - it's free!
