I know for me......all I need is a day or two or three of anxiety around the same time to start anticipating it... thus making it more likely that I will be anxious at the same time every day :) I find what helps me the most to break the cycle is to shake up my routine around that time a bit. Any chance you are experiencing break-through anxiety from your benzo wearing off? It may also help to search for triggers, like being hungry or tired. Hoping this anxious period ends for you soon.
