Hmm that's two of us for the evening so! i wonder if circadian rhythms
could be involved - i notice my anxiety is very low late at night if
i happen to be awake at the time =)

Hi, TJ,
If I'm way beyond my time to eat I will notice an increase in my anxiety
also.
smiles,

I don't experience anxiety in the mornings. However, as the day goes by, I
can feel the symptoms late afternoon, early evening, just as you do. If I
have an unusual high level of stress, the anxiety symptoms come earlier.

I am sometimes depressed when I wake up in the morning. It usually improves
as the day goes by but sometimes before going to bed, I get both anxiety and
depression. My mood is usually better in afternoons and evenings.

When I was having alot of anxiety, it seemed to be worse in the early
evening. It might of had something to do with being less active after work,
and not being settled down enuff to start to relax. I seemed to get
depressed about that time too.
