The ingredients are here: http://store.medabiotics.com/anxietol7.html Sensoril turns out to be Withania extract (Ashwagandha). Serotain turns out to be Griffonia (containing 5-HTP) I have no idea why the ingredient list includes this proprietary extract, *and* a separate listing for Griffonia extract (5-HTP). http://www.hsrmagazine.com/articles/061brand4.html Suntheanine is a proprietary green tea extract. Yes, this product could serve as an effective anti-anxiety formula, and also as an antidepressant formula. The issue that stands out for me is that the ingredients are not more clearly described. How much 5-HTP is in the Serotain? Moreover, the particular balance or proportions of these materials used in this product may not be ideal for any one individual. It might be "too much of this, not enough of that". And the price! That's where they always get you. This could work very well. Or it might make you feel like hell. I don't think you'll feel nothing at all. I had a paradoxical reaction to Withania, for example. It didn't calm me. It made me totally insomnic, and that totally sucks. The only way to know how it affects you is to try some. Lar
