From: Andy on 7 Aug 2008 15:11 Heigh ho hum! No breakthroughs, not even small ones. The daily excitement of seeing the "New Posts" flag bobbing up and down! The daily disappointment of finding it's only him again, again. And again. And it's raining, again. Drips outside - drips inside - bah! Anyone going anywhere exciting? I'm off to Prague on the Czech Republic next month. I've been looking at the city's most informative web site on the public transport system - for a start, there is one and it works - and found a pretty useless piece of information. If you take a dog on the Metro it needs its own ticket UNLESS it's in a box: boxed dogs go free. -- Andy Taylor [Chair, N E Lupus Group]. <URL:http://www.northeastlupus.org.uk>

Is it to do with your stamps or another interest/hobby of yours? Or are you and your wife taking a holiday and that is your chosen destination....because ? hugs, Shelagh http://members.shaw.ca/tiderington -- Lupus ~ Invisible in Plain Sight
From: janers on 7 Aug 2008 21:33 I thought too the place was taken over by iron aliens, so I didn't post at all.' Am doing ok, had the stent placed and it is the largest made they told me. I look like a black and white road map with bruises all over. My medrol and aspirin and NOW plavix well that did it. Plus my esophagus got inflammed and the chest pain a cometh. Was told yesterday in a year they would take me off the aspirin but never the plavis. Am high risk for bleeding now and it could happen internally too so BE careful. YA think !!! Not screwing with my life LOL But I feel good, even got one bp pill removed and one cholesterol pill gone. I may even get another dose of bp gone in 2 months. Hurry for lower pills. I won't however take the osteo pills by mouth again. My esophagus is not good and I cannot take that chance of bleeding. NOW fight with insurance to ok restasis and so far NO. Plus fight with them to ok the stomach drug I take 2 times a day. Oh well such is my life but darn good right now. time to enjoy it and enjoy my grandkids and look forward to traveling south this winter. finally. Last Jan was the start of this whole darn mess. ENJOY people while you can. Have fun in Prague and what ever you are doing, take your time and take it all in hugs to all janers
