From: merkoyle@yahoo.com on 3 Mar 2005 21:39 I feel like I was controlling my hypoglycemia for awhile with diet, but I've suffered some trauma, and I have had illness after illness this year, and we're only on the third month. I am exhibiting a lot of symptoms of adrenal fatigue, and my appetite is non-existent. I have even gone to an endocrinologist, who tested my cortisol levels, and she said I was fine. I know that natural medicine can probably help me where traditional medicine has failed me. I need to be motivated, despite how poorly I feel, and find some help. Has anyone out there experienced this conundrum? Feeling so bad that you know you need to seek help, but having a hard time coping day to day? I'll just keep doing what I can to help myself in the meantime-not eating more than my body needs, keeping the stress in my life at a low, and being persistent in finding help. I think I may be low thyroid as well, as I was diagnosed in the past, but I think taking Naturethroid stressed my adrenal glands out. Okay, I'm done complaining now. Can anyone out there recommend a good adrenal supplement? I have tried a few different ones, includimg Adaptacrine.
