From: myron fehr on 1 Jan 2008 06:03 Nine out of ten people around the world has had to deal with acne at some point in time. Of course, for some people it might just be the occasional pimple that shows up from time to time. But many other people are stricken with severe acne that never seems to go away. For most of us, we're somewhere in the middle, facing moderate acne problems and just looking for quick and easy ways to keep the problem under control. To do so, it's important to understand the causes of acne. Note I say "causes" because scientific research has yet to narrow down just one cause of acne. In fact, there are several factors that can all contribute to acne development such as hormones, bacteria, stress or other environmental factors. All of these, either by themselves or in combination, can make you more susceptible to acne breakouts, which are most commonly found on your face but also found on your neck, back and almost anywhere else on your body. Another common factor some experts suspect increases the likelihood of acne formation is your diet. The jury is still out on this one though, with many people still not seeing any connection at all. However, there is strong evidence that supports the claim of a connection between acne and diet.... http://groups.google.com/group/acencuredu |
