Not a scientist, of course.

So, rupie, once *AGAIN*, we see that the bogus "inefficiency" argument
is *not* about environmental concerns, but is, as I have always
maintained, a *BOGUS* argument about resource allocation, and a
complete *misperception* of the notion of value.
