All I know is I read a lot of things about weight loss it's really
confusing. I have never really been Fat. But I was feeling really Fat
for me at 199 lbs and had this big belly I wanted to get rid of. So I
got a Take Shape for life Health coach and She set me on a Nutrition
program. I eat 6 times a day and am not hungry and it puts me in a fat
burning state and I lost 25 lbs in 60 days.

I was not hungry I did not have any Bad breath or Headaches or
anything like that. i lost the weight and I fell great it was really
pretty easy on this program. Exersize is not recomended for the fist 3
to 4 weeks untill you lose the weight. It takes you out of the Fat
burning state
