Right now, I am in a frame of mind where I don't have time for the pain or any distractions because I have miles and miles to keep. Walking is my chief therapy. It is so important to be a techician about it - breathing, swinging the arms, bobbing the head to initiate movement during the stride to make up for body misalignment, walking tall and lightly etc. Good luck.
