So, write of a time that is of a happy nature or of progress made in dealing with this illness, or, just say hello. Hey John De,

Still struggling here with my back injury. Started physical therapy.
Finding it difficult to breathe properly. My shrink says 'it's because I am
used to breathing from a place of anxiety. Makes sense to me.

Happy nature. :-) I love living next door to my grandsons. I can see
them every day. They are so sweet, wish they could stay small, like
puppies. The twins are two now and Jake is four. They know where all my
treats are in the house. I have gotten out a couple times, there is a
Dollar Store right across from my PT place. So grammy comes bearing gifts.
It's like christmas in august. Dh said "I can't believe anyone can spend
$85.00 at a *Dollar Store*! They are sweet little boys, spoiled rotten by
their grammy. When ever I come or go, I have three sets of little arms,
out-stretched for *big hugs*, and all kinds of little wet kisses. How's
that for happy nature?

best,

td

TD, that is exactly what I was trying to get across, we share so many
hardships, why not some of the simple joys. They may not be as good as
warm hugs and wet kisses but I feel that everyone has something good
or joyful that could lift spirits and offer hope to all, thanks for
responding, stay healthy, be well, say hello to all, and send some of
those hugs my way:) John de
