Really. The advanced hula hoops are 3 minutes. if you do that 3-4
times....and do it well, you will start to sweat. I also like the
advanced step though I am still a bit uncoordinated, when you DO hit
it just right, It is very addicting. You want to keep trying, keep
trying....That's the beauty for those of us who HATE exercise.

The boxing is also good to raise the heart rate, and it is FUN so you
keep trying and keep trying. Tonight on my third session, I did 58
minutes, sweaty, a little sore and very happy. I have fun and even the
stuff that is not so fun (yoga and strngth training don't go on for
ever. Just short little 2-3 minutes. Anyone can stand ANYTHING for
that short of time. If you get the hang of it, just like shampoo...
repeat. (No rinse is necessary)

At 47 and prone to spend too much time at the computer.... this is
very cool.
