I have a friend using a boot mounted wheelchair hoist. On occasions
the 30A fuse has blown leaving him stranded. Does anyone know where I
could purchase a 30 Auto-Reset Circuit Breaker?

I've done a quick search & the appear only to be rated to a max of 10A

Before you do that you may want to find out why the fuse is blowing
offen and fix the root cause.
