The only chickpea bread I have seen is in (east) Indian restaurants. It is called papadum (there are other English spellings). It is something like flatbread or matza but delicate and thin. I don't think it keeps or ships well. Surely you have Indian restaurants in your area? The normal looking chickpea bread is wheat bread with some chickpea flour added. I don't think that is what you want. Or is it? You can probably find that mail order on the net using a search engine. |
