The only chickpea bread I have seen is in (east) Indian
restaurants. It is called papadum (there are other English
spellings). It is something like flatbread or matza but delicate and
thin. I don't think it keeps or ships well. Surely you have Indian
restaurants in your area?

The normal looking chickpea bread is wheat bread with some
chickpea flour added. I don't think that is what you want. Or
is it? You can probably find that mail order on the net using a
search engine.
