This is what I do as well. As Nunya notes later, though, it is
perishable, so not sure you'd want to try having it shipped to you.
There's a similar spray product called Smart Balance -- made with soy.
I like it equally well, but don't know that it would likely be
available in Japan either.

Not that it answers your question, but have you tried
various herbs and spices? I love putting red pepper
sauce or powder on it and I liked other herbs and
spices. Variety is the spice of life and varied
spices are one way to acheive variety.

I'm sort of a "plain favor" person when it comes to snacks. Interesting idea

I was going to say the same thing.....butter spray makes it wet and cold
really fast. I've never tried the Pam though....that just don't sound to
good.
