From: ChristopherL on 11 Aug 2008 15:03 O'kay, I've gone to the bathroom 6+ times a day for 30 years. I've got good insurance, had a colonoscopy last Dec, and want to ask you for help. The colonoscopy said I was healthy. Last week a different MD told me that IBS is an exclusionary disease. Where you take a lot of tests and if they're negative you then have IBS by default. The same doctor tested my blood for thyroid problems. My T4 level was a little high but ok. -->What tests should I ask my gastroenterologist for? He's the same one who did the colonoscopy. I wilil see him in two weeks! Many thanks, Chris in Seattle
