I had been diagnosed with ADD first and then SAD and then after
employers started to decline my job applications, I sunk into deep
depression. I got myself labeled as short-tempered about 10 years ago
and those were challenging days. But then an event in my life help me
turn the tide. It is quite a sea change for me today and very close
friends and relatives still laugh about my "antics" in those days.
Today I am a software consultant reasonably well placed in life and
when you are a consultant working with demanding clients, stressful
situation are almost as certain as the sun rising in the east.

I've been visiting forums and groups for folks challenged with stress
related disorders for the last 3 years - it is quite a revelation to
read about all those posts from genuine people needing help. A bug had
been planted in my head that I could actually help folks out sharing
my story and how it is possible to obtain long term relief from stress
related disorders without any medications. It is very much possible,
folks and I am living proof.

You see, I have a vision to reach as many people as I can to help them
start living fuller lives. When I was going through those challenging
times, I never thought there could be a life like it is today - I felt
boxed in a 8x8x8 room. Today I realize how wrong I was. So I came up
with a website where I can coach people (at no charge) who are open
minded, willing to listen patiently and looking for long term relief
from stress related disorders.

I am not a doctor and the website is not intended to be a practice of
medicine in any way, but these techniques worked like a charm for me
and had worked for several of my acquantances. So why not head over
there at www.StressAndAnxietyFree.com and see if you can leverage this
resource? I'd like to help folks who are in a challenging situation
today, where I was at one point in my life.

This is not my livelihood folks, so you do not need to pay me anything
to check things out for yourself - maybe you can get something useful
out of it.

Skeptical? No worries. At least I tried :-) Good luck !
