From: Lesanne on 14 Apr 2006 19:06 I used Wendie for about the last 30 that I lost to get to goal. I had been really stuck and it unstuck me. I use something like Wendie for maintenance. -- Lesanne "Brown" <broblk(a)mts.net> wrote in message news:GzH%f.13982$Ku3.10838(a)newsfe15.lga... > Has anyone here done the Wendie Plan? I used it for the last little bit of loss, and now use it in maintenance. I don't follow it strictly. It's more like eat low/sensibly during the week to give me a bit of room on the weekends. I think having a couple of low days during the week helps even things out for those unexpected high days. -- Julie. 93.5/73.6/74 (WW)/72 (Personal) kg 205.7/161.9/162.8 (WW)/158 (Personal) lb Here's our FAQ: http://www.didian.com/asdww/ and welcome notice: http://www.geocities.com/welcomenotice/index.html

For example, I was having a typical well-managed day Monday but at 6 p.m. DH calls me from our favorite gourmet restaurant and asks me to join him. He thought his business associates had stood him up. It turns out their meeting was longer than anticipated so I joined the three of them. I had far more than I would have had at home, but I made sure I was careful the next two days so I still showed a loss at Wednesday's WI. Today and tomorrow will be higher pt. days for me with steak tonight and barbecued lamb tomorrow but again, Sunday evening I'll have fish and Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, I'll have carefully planned lower point dinners.
