As of 1st October I am off Incapacity Benefit and working 18.5 hours per
week as Service User Consultant to my local Mental Health Trust. It's been
six years since I was in employment though I have done some voluntary work
in the interim and it remains to be seen how I get on. I will be working
from home whch should make life a little easier but it's all still quite
daunting.

Hope you are all well - sorry I haven't been around much, keep having
newsreader trouble.
