I have once again changed my email address. The Confused801 addy was
getting on my nerves and making me even more confused! So this will
be the new addy I will be posting with from now on.

So far today has not been too bad but I have not been outside my
apartment yet. I need to go to the grocery store later and I am
building up courage to do that.

How are the rest of you doing? Anything new to report? Any
suggestions that might help the rest of us? We can all help each
other if we just put in a little effort. :-)

I think the main big first step is for us to admit we do have a
problem and then deal with it the best we can. That is my positive
contribution for today. :-)
