The only thing I would add is the link to the WW site for the handheld
program noting you must join etools or the subscription part of the site,
and if anyone ever finds an easy weekly menu planner that is free I would
think that might help some of us, Lee

I make my planning and tracking on an excel sheet. It's not overly pretty
but it's easy and I use it on my PDA (I've got a Treo, it's a phone and a
PDA) so I carry it everywhere..
